I’ve been planning weekly dinner menus for years so I don’t just buy random things when I go to the grocery store (and then end up ordering pizza because I’m terrible at making last-minute decisions).
A friend once asked me to share my menus so they wouldn’t have to make their own dinner decisions, so I started a blog. I found out that I really liked keeping links for all the recipes I tried in one place, and I could also look back at recipes from months and months before that I vaguely remembered.
I love to cook, but hate to clean up after. I love things with lots of ingredients, but often stay too late at work and come home to figure out how I can simplify a too-many-steps recipe. The struggle continues.
